Got questions? Good. I'd rather you ask than guess. You don't build a house by guessing, what makes you different?

  • How do I access the plans once I join?

    Once you’ve joined, you’ll get instant access to your member dashboard inside the Medax Fitness App.

    From there, I'll start building your plans based on the details you provided after checkout.

    These will then be uploaded straight to the app, so you’ll be ready to train and hit the ground running within days.

  • Do I pay once or is it a subscription?

    It’s a recurring subscription.

    The reason it’s subscription-based is because your plan updates every 4 weeks. 

    Each training and nutriton block evolves as your body adapts, so you’re never stuck running the same plan. 

    This is how we actually build progress in both the cut and the build.

  • Are the programs available worldwide?

    Yes. I coach clients all over the world and everything’s delivered online through the Medax Fitness App, so no matter where you are, you can access your plan and stay on track.

  • What if I train from home instead of the gym?

    No stress. Your plan can be tailored for home training too. Just select home when you fill out your setup form. You'll just need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a bench.

  • Can I pause or cancel anytime?

    You can pause or cancel, just email support@medaxfitness.com with at least 72 hours notice before it's due to renew so that you are not charged again. 

    Please note that when you cancel all of your plans will be removed from your account. If you pause, it's literally paused until we resume and you're back in the gym.

  • What's your refund policy?

    All sales are final as programs are custom built for each client.

    However, if there’s been an error with your purchase or you’re unable to continue due to injury or medical reasons, reach out to support@medaxfitness.com and my team will review your situation.

  • I'm new to the gym, is this good for beginners?

    100%. Every plan is built around your experience level, whether you’re just starting or already lifting.

    The app includes video demos and lifting instructions so you’ll know exactly how to perform each movement with confidence.

    You’ll start with the basics and progress at your own pace.

  • Is each month the same?

    No. Your plan changes as you do. Each block is built around your progress, goals, and feedback so you’re never stuck doing the same thing.


    If you need a break (injury, travel, recovery), or just not ready for a new phase yet, you can skip a progress update for up to 4 weeks and pick back up when you’re ready.


    This way, you stay in control while still building structure and consistency long term.

  • How long before I start seeing results?

    Most blokes notice changes in strength, energy, and body composition within 4 weeks if they follow the plan properly. The longer you stick to it, the more the results compound.

  • Do I get support while I’m on the program?

    Yes. You’ll have access to my support team through email for general questions, adjustments, or any issues with your plan or app access.

    The program itself is self-led, designed so you can build structure and independence with guidance when needed.


    If you’re looking for direct 1:1 access with me, that’s reserved for a small, select group of VIP clients. If you’re interested in that level of coaching, message me privately and we can discuss it further and potentially book in a call.

  • What if I’ve tried other programs and nothing worked?

    Then this is probably the last one you’ll ever need. Most programs fail because they don’t match your lifestyle. This one’s built around your routine, not against it. 

  • What if I travel for work or take time off?

    No stress. If you’re away or can’t train for a bit, you can pause or skip your phase. When you’re ready, you’ll pick up right where you left off.

  • What if I work long hours or do shift work?

    That’s normal for most of the guys I work with. Your plan’s flexible, we’ll build it around your  schedule so you can still stay consistent without burning out.
